However, we have learned through experience and mentoring 100s of physicians that there are fundamental stages of growth that every single physician must go through in order to grow a healthy, sustainable business.

At the Incubator program, we identify your stage, and teach to that stage until it is solid, so you can grow with confidence.

 We also cap each cohort at 40 physicians so we know you personally, and work alongside you. It's time to stop feeling like we're each on our own practice creation island. 

Three Curriculums That Run Simultaneously

Practice Creation -  Clinical & Case Studies - Legal & Finance.

Each curriculum is self-paced with pre-recorded videos and supporting written materials, checklists, and templates.

Live support includes live 60-90 minute weekly office hours that are recorded, individual mentoring calls, as well as same day live phone & email support with our practice success manager.

You will not only learn from Doctors and Lawyers that have been through each and every stage themselves, but have also successfully supported other practices through the same stages of growth. 

In 2014, Linda Matteoli, DO, started her own integrative practice in a city her and her family just moved to. Moving through FFS, to programs and ultimately membership - Linda created, evaluated and tested systems and processes that eventually allowed her to replace her income while working school hours. Her husband, Scott Rattigan, JD of Functional Lawyer suggested she start writing down her processes to help other providers. With the help of her longtime manager, Dawn Leach, The Origins Incubator Program was born.  And with the addition of Cheryl Burdette, ND's comprehensive A-Z clinical curriculum and case study support; this pro team was rounded out.

12 Month Cohort

We understand that the majority of physicians interested in our program have full time jobs and many personal responsibilities. But the one thing they have in common is they can't shake the dream of their own practice. So we have created the following structure to be both comprehensive and flexible: 

1. Early Bird Access - access to the complete course begins 2/1/2025. So you can start moving through the material asap.  
2. Live office hours and individual coaching calls begin 9/2025. 
3. We accept MDs, DOs and licensed NDs. Therefore you are in a cohort with colleagues who have similar training and licenses.
4. Cohort is capped at 40 physicians each year to optimize individual attention and progress.

Move At Your Pace

Some physicians move through the content quickly, others have been with us for years as they simultaneously manage their lives. This is a Do-It-With-You course, not Do-It-For-You. You will need to put in considerable effort to get your practice off the ground. What we can promise you is that we will walk, run or sprint alongside you -  you set the pace.
